Resuscitation (CPR) & Defibrillation

Cardiac arrests can happen without warning—and every second counts. This focused 3-hour course teaches you how to recognise cardiac arrest, perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, and safely use an AED (defibrillator). We also cover how to respond to choking emergencies.

Led by our NHS-trained professionals, the session is hands-on, scenario-based, and designed to build confidence in high-pressure situations.

While this course is an excellent addition to any first aid knowledge, please note it does not replace statutory FAW or EFAW qualifications under HSE guidelines.
