First Aid for Festivals
This course is designed for anyone involved in organising or attending festival-style events. Alongside core first aid skills, it focuses on how to recognise and respond to drug and alcohol-related emergencies—before, during, or after use.
Led by NHS-trained professionals, the course covers the effects and risks associated with substances like alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, and amphetamines, including issues such as overheating, dehydration, paranoia, and heart complications.
It’s practical, informed, and ideal for event staff, volunteers, and festival-goers alike.
